Study Rooms

The library has 10 study rooms available in the ERC.  

Rooms may be reserved, limited to one request per day per person, for a maximum of three hours. 

The rooms are kept locked. Keyas are availble at the Circulation Desk (front desk of the library).

A Clarkson ID is required to check out the room key at the Circulation Desk. Keys must be returned to the CIrculation Desk after your reservation.  If you have a late-in-the-day reservation, the key must be returned before the library closes. If you miss this deadline and the library is closed, please return the key to Campus Safety and Security.

Lost keys will incur a $190 key and lock replacement charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note:  The Career Center and Accommodative Services have priority for the use of all study rooms.  There is a possibility you could be bumped from a scheduled room. 

Scheduled rooms not utilized within 15 minutes of the reservation start time will be released for use.

#1502 & #1503 are equipped with whiteboards. Dry-erase markers & erasers may be checked out at the Circulation Desk.

#2201 is equipped with a whiteboard and has a projector. .

Markers, erasers,  remote controls & cables are available for check out at the Circulation Desk.

Presidents Conference Room

The conference room is available by reservation. 

To make a reservation, phone or email the scheduling office:  / 268-6767.

The room is equipped with a projector and screen. Room key, cables and remote are available for check out at the library Circulation Desk.
